The apartments are functional but tastefully decorated in a colonial style with an area of 45 m.

They consist of one room with two beds and a sofa bed in the living room for a third person fully-equipped American kitchen and bathroom.

All apartments have a furnished balcony facing out to the Atlantic Ocean and from which you can enjoy a fantastic breakfast with views of the swimming pool and the gardens of the complex.

Sheets and towels are changed twice weekly.

The apartment is cleaned every 5 days.

During high season the complex will charge a deposit of around 30 euros per person at check-in.

This deposit will be returned at check-out once the clients apartment has been checked for damages.

The complex reserves the right to not return this deposit if clients continually cause noise and disturbance to other guests.

There may be many young clients staying at this complex during the high season and therefore older clients as well as families may not feel comfortable here.
