Casa de la Gañanía is an old country house located off a country road in the town of Los Realejos which is situated in the North of the island.

It is a particular ancestral house of 100 years of age which has very recently been restored with an inside patio and an outer garden.

Its architectural style is traditional from the last century and typical of the country homes of the time.

The main building has two floors with a staircase that leads to a corridor or balcony and which is the access to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom .

Both the flooring and the ceiling are made out of wood and the furniture is old and from a collection of family heirlooms (except some necessary recent purchases.) On the ground floor is the dining- room and the sitting-room also equipped with family legacy furniture which has been restored .

The inside patio the kitchen a spare room and a second bathroom comprise the ground floor.
