A warm welcome awaits you from Graeme and Margi Sheridan-Wallis at Clarence House which was completely refurbished in 2008.

Every room has been completely redecorated with new digital TV clock radio new en-suites (2 with showers and one with bath) beds bedding and of course free tea and coffee facilities.

Please note we do not accept children or pets.Walkers and cyclists welcome and if you arrive soaking wet we will do our best to dry you out in our rear outer lobby for a very small charge ( to cover the heating cost only!) Evening meals may be available by special arrangement at additional cost.

Off road parking usually available.We are situated about half a mile from the centre of the quaint ever-popular village of Shanklin within a short downhill walk to the sandy beach.A guest lounge is available from 5.00 - 11.00pm.
