Breakfast is normally served between 08:00 and 09:00 (unless a different time is arranged) and is prepared from the finest ingredients locally sourced where ever possible apart from award winning black pudding (Stornoway) and the smoked salmon for the mouth water scrambled eggs and smoked salmon which comes from South Uist both products are sourced from the Outer Hebrides..
