The 4-star hotel Kinissi Palace lies on the crossroad of Egnatia and Sygrou str.

MODERN Hotel was built in 1924 by the Aaron and Isaac Sakki Brothers upon a study prepared by the engineers K.

Zachariadis also known from other preservable buildings in Thessaloniki.

Its running stopped in the 1960s.

In 1995 it is characterized by the Ministry of Culture as a Historical Monument and in 1998 a study starts for the reconstruction and restoration of the monument under the supervision and guidance of the 4th Ephorate of Modern Monuments of Thessaloniki.

It is renamed into Hotel KINISSI PALACE and it opens its doors for the visitors of the city on August 30 2000.

The restoration has been performed with respect to the maintenance of the decorative features.
