This balcony is what we believe gives Above the Bay its own special WOW factor! Bowness village is a 3 min stroll away via a short cut down through the front garden.

Our spacious car park provides safe off road parking and most local facilities are within walking distance.

Our guests also benefit from free entrance to the private Burnside Leisure Centre just 200 metres away where they can enjoy swimming sauna steam room sun beds pool table and bistro bar.
