The Art Hotel Guala Residence is set in the heart of Mirafiori in the southern part of Turin; it was designed in the 1960s when the transferral of the Fiat plant from Lingotto to the new Mirafiori plant created the need for an authentic urban addition which could accommodate the considerable flow of workers from all regions of Italy.Over forty years later the Mirafiori quarter has become an extremely attractive commercial and residential area well connected to the city centre by the tramway line 4 which crosses Turin from north to south and in the near future the underground which links the east and west parts of the city.

The Art Hotel Guala Residence intends to become the hotel reference point of this renewed urban fabric with its spaces enhanced by the works of art of the Art Hotel Italia and its over one hundred spacious rooms arranged on eight floors which undergo constant transformation.
