The Holly Bush has been serving beer for over 300 years and is one of the few ancient drovers inns left in Northumberland.All visitors to the Holly Bush always receive a warm welcome from the locals and you can enjoy a pint of real ale in the bar chatting about the days activities whilst enjoying the warm ambience that is created by the old black-leaded range.We are located in the beautiful Northumberland National Park in the tiny hamlet of Greenhaugh (please note we are not in Hexham which is 17 miles away).

It is an ideal location to visit Kielder Hadrians Wall as well as the Northumberland Coast.

Our beer garden has beautiful views of the valley and the night skies can be amazing.
