Kipos is comprised of split level apartments each of which can accommodate a family with up to 3 children as well as double studios which are on the ground floor level.

The apartments have a bedroom and W.C.

shower room on the upper floor and a living room with kitchen area on the first floor level (the bedroom is open to the staircase).

All units are air conditioned with color TV in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Most have up to 4 balconies of which 2 face the pool and garden area.

The studios are similarly equipped.
