Berwick is steeped in history and in our grounds we have part of the only remaining tower from Berwicks thirteenth century castle.

The house nestles high above the river bank right next to Stephensons famous Royal Border Bridge with its monumental 28 arches.

The town centre is only ten minutes walk away but please note there is a steep drive from the house up to the main road.

Or take a twenty minute stroll to the town using the scenic path along the riverside.

This takes you through a sheltered cool wooded vale and nearly a hundred steps down to the river.
