Situated just 1 mile from Exeter city centre 20 minutes drive from Dartmoor National Park and the sandy beaches of East and South Devon the University is the perfect location for a holiday or short break in Devon.Holland Hall is a student hall of residence during term time (it is not a hotel) that is available for bed and breakfast bookings during the University vacations.

It has a glass fronted dining room with panoramic views over the Exe Estuary.

The rooms have a 4 Campus Graded Accreditation by Visit Britain.

All bedrooms are ensuite (wetroom style) and include a shower toilet and wash basin as well as complimentary toiletries tea and coffee making facilities mini fridge and safe.

All bedlinen and towels are also provided.The bedrooms do not have TVs however a comunal TV area is available.

This area also has WiFi.Several rooms at Holland Hall are on the ground floor.
