We are a traditional 3 star guest house located half way between the villages of Windermere and Bowness on Windermere.

We operate on a bed and breakfast basis only.However within a ten minute stroll you can be at either village where you will find a great variety of eating places to cater for everyones purse and pallet.We have 7 en suite bedrooms all which have hairdryers hospitality trays and tvs some also have DVD players.

We also have membership at the low wood leisure club which our guests are welcome to use free of charge.

The facilities include a fantastic gym swimming pool sauna steam room jacuzzi outdoor hot tub and squash courts.There are also an array of beautiful local walks starting from our doorstep.

We are ideally situated for visiting the numerous attractions that the lake district has to offer and taking in the fantastic breathtaking scenery .

We have 5 onsite parking spaces and there is plenty of free street parking in the immediate vacinity.
