All rooms have flat screen Freeview TV tea and coffee facilities and free WiFi internet access.We offer a choice of breakfast including full English and the produce is sourced locally.We have the river Arun were the kids and parents can crab fish Marina and come try the towns new Power boat ride out to sea.

We have some great pubs and restuarants in the town serving local brewed beers and delicious food.Parking is available on the street in front of the guest house and when it is very busy if available we can offer parking
