Catering for the current climate The Clarence Gardens is proud to offer clean comfortable budget accommodation on a room only basis (please be aware that breakfast is available but is charged separate to the room).

There are 23 ensuite bedrooms with a mix of single double and family rooms in all shapes and sizes and although our rooms are graded at 3 Guest Accommodation the views are certainly 5! Nestled on the top of the cliffs overlooking Scarboroughs North Bay we are proud to have some of the best panoramic views in town.

For the comfort of our guest we have installed a lift which operates up to our second floor we have a free off road car-park (limited spaces) pool room and Crosbys bar (which also shares the spectacular sea views).
